This configuration delivers consistently high impact energy in demanding rock environments.
With an impact rate of 200–300 blows per minute, the hammer provides a balanced combination of penetration force and productivity. In contract crushing applications, effective oversize reduction is essential to protect jaw and cone crushers and to maintain a continuous material flow. The ACDE® Europe BLTB-155-5-W enables precise size reduction directly at the extraction point, reducing blockages and mechanical stress within the crushing circuit.
Improved operational transparency
To further enhance operational transparency, the hammer can be equipped with the ACDE® TRACK&CHECK system. This enables real-time monitoring of operating hours, vibration levels, and maintenance intervals.
