ACDE® Europe ASG-Serie – Hydraulic Demolition & Sorting Grapples

The ACDE® Europe ASG-Serie is our best-selling product family — and for good reason. Hydraulic demolition and sorting grapples for excavators from 0.7 to 100 tons, developed for selective demolition, recycling and precise material separation on demanding jobsites worldwide.

Synchronized shell guidance, protected cylinders, bolted side plates and reinforced blade geometry — the ASG-Serie stands for efficiency, control and durability. Available as a rotating version with 360° hydraulic slew gear and as a rigid ND version (Non-Rotating) for applications without rotation.

Light Demolition & Sorting Grapples

For Excavators from 0.7 to 12 Tons

The light ACDE® Europe demolition and sorting grapples of the ASG-Serie are developed for compact and mid-size carriers. Precise, agile and robust — ideal for urban jobsites, recycling yards, landscaping and light selective demolition.

The rotating version features a standard 360° hydraulic slew gear for maximum flexibility and reach during sorting and loading. Synchronized shells and high closing force ensure precise gripping of even thin or irregular materials.

The rigid version (ND) offers the same robust construction and closing force — without slew gear. Ideal for tiltrotators, fixed-mount excavators or applications where rotation is not required. Simplified hydraulics and reduced maintenance make the ND version the economical choice for daily use.

Medium Demolition & Sorting Grapples

For Excavators from 10 to 30 Tons

The medium ACDE® Europe demolition and sorting grapples of the ASG-Serie are designed for structural demolition, infrastructure projects and high-volume material separation on medium and large carriers. Powerful, precise and built for continuous daily operation.

The rotating version features a standard 360° hydraulic slew gear with powerful cylinders and continuous rotation for fast, controlled sorting of concrete, steel, timber and reinforced demolition debris directly at the source.

The rigid version (ND) offers the same robust heavy-duty construction and high closing force — without slew gear. Ideal for tiltrotators and applications where rotation is not required. Simplified hydraulics and reduced maintenance make the ND version the reliable choice for intensive daily operation.

Heavy Demolition & Sorting Grapples

For Excavators from 25 to 100 Tons

The heavy ACDE® Europe demolition and sorting grapples of the ASG-Serie are engineered for maximum grip force on large carriers and in heavy demolition applications. Reinforced frames, oversized cylinders, high-strength reversible blades and full 360° rotation provide the power needed for oversized concrete blocks, scrap, quarry stone and dense mixed materials in continuous operation.

The rotating version features a 360° hydraulic slew gear with maximum grip force for large and heavy carriers. Engineered for intensive continuous use on demanding demolition and recycling jobsites.

The rigid version (ND) offers the same robust heavy-duty construction without slew gear — ideal for tiltrotators and fixed-mount excavators in the heavy-duty range. Simplified hydraulics and reduced maintenance for maximum availability.
