ACDE® Europe Wins the 2025 World Demolition Award

ACDE® Europe has been awarded the 2025 World Demolition Award in the category Innovation – Tools & Attachments for the Beilite® Europe BLTB-280-5-W-AC15 hydraulic breaker.
This model sets a new benchmark in the field of large demolition and specialty hammers and has been developed for 100–350 tonne excavators.
With a chisel diameter of 280 mm and a total weight of approximately 14 tonnes, the BLTB-280-5-W-AC15 is the largest series-production hydraulic hammer in the world.
It is used in the most demanding applications – from rock breaking and tunnelling to underwater operations and the removal of wind turbine foundations.

The new edge-free outer bush reduces cracking and material waste. Integrated wear lines allow intuitive, tool-free maintenance. - Return oil accumulator system – (Patent CN202122388951.9)
Absorbs hydraulic pressure peaks, protecting the carrier’s return filters and radiators for longer life and lower maintenance costs. - Material upgrade: 20CrMo → 20CrNiMo
The cylinder body now uses 20CrNiMo steel, providing higher internal strength, toughness, and resistance to cracking under heavy loads. - Side inlet oil ports with rotating joint – (Patent CN202323631654.8)
Prevents hose wear and twisting, reducing the risk of leaks – ideal for complex demolition applications. - Rectangular shock absorber design – (Patent CN202323133670.4)
